Conduct proactive cold outreach to new prospects Nurture inbound leads Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across A/E clients Lead discovery calls and run client meetings Identify needs that align with our services Independently source and qualify new business opportunities Leverage internal lists of warm, pre-qualified leads Maintain a healthy, active pipeline Prepare high-quality proposals, capability statements, and RFP responses Work closely with internal teams to align proposal content Ensure all proposals reflect accurate A/E terminology, service scopes, and technical understanding Use CRM tools to manage contacts, track activity, and maintain accurate records Provide regular reports on prospecting activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
