1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, medical distribution, or SDR/account management roles. Proven experience prospecting and engaging distributors or sub-distributors in a B2B setting. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Hands-on experience using CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, Halo). Strong research discipline and attention to detail in managing pipelines. Proven ability to work independently and meet outbound activity KPIs in a remote environment. Availability to work U.S. EST hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Background in medical device, equipment, or healthcare product sales (Nice-to-Have). Experience working with healthcare distributors or channel sales partners (Nice-to-Have). Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent communication and compliance standards (Nice-to-Have).
