Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Call Center Agent. Proven experience or strong knowledge supporting Subscription-Based IoT devices, Telecommunications, or complex technical products (e.g., GPS Trackers). Native-Level / Fluent English (written and verbal) with a clear, neutral accent. Ability to commit to full-time Night Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST. Meet system requirements for main and backup devices, including internet speed. Required: Noise-cancelling headset.
