7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in a demand generation or growth leadership role Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel demand generation programs Deep expertise in digital marketing (paid search, paid social, display, SEO, content syndication, email nurture) Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, attribution models, and campaign performance optimization Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Comfortable managing media budgets, forecasting, and optimizing ROI Experience partnering with sales and SDR teams Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus
