5+ years leading enablement initiatives in revenue enablement. Track record of building, designing, and delivering world-class training and development programs. Strong stakeholder management skills with Director+ level experience. Experience with selling or enabling programmatic or martech solutions. Exceptional communication skills and passion for cross-functional collaboration. Working knowledge of enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate Rise, Vyond, AI solutions, GONG, Highspot).
Responsibilities:
Act as a thought partner to GCS Leaders by analyzing performance gaps and understanding challenges. Recommend, develop, and implement tailored enablement solutions. Co-build enablement content in partnership with global and regional teams. Build collaborative relationships with GCS leadership and cross-functional partners. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize enablement programs. Plan and execute GTM enablement launches, owning the full cycle.
