Ensure smooth clinic onboarding, including system setup, access, and training. Organize and lead kickoff meetings, team training, and marketing introductions. Provide clinics with marketing resources and coordinate additional requests. Maintain ongoing engagement through monthly performance reviews, feedback sessions, and visibility audits. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, resolving issues and unblocking workflows. Track, analyze, and report on clinic performance using dashboards and key metrics. Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement based on data and feedback. Translate clinic needs into clear recommendations for marketing, operations, product, and leadership. Build trusted relationships with all levels of clinic staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Visit newly onboarded clinics within the first 60 days. Conduct ongoing in-person visits approximately every 3 months. Represent Gaia at industry events, conferences, and regional gatherings.
