Evaluate new product opportunities based on market, regulatory, financial ROI, and company mission alignment. Mentor Product Owners through the entire product lifecycle. Establish and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog and ensure alignment with engineering, data, and operations. Develop launch plans including business case, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle forecasting. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to position products effectively. Engage with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and payors to gather customer insights. Act as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions. Present roadmap updates and performance metrics to executive leadership. Partner with Data Analytics for insights to measure success and drive feature adoption. Monitor key product performance indicators. Lead retrospective sessions for process improvements.
