Product Owner Director

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in product management or product operations (healthcare or technology preferred). Strong technical acumen. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performance teams. High bias for action, ownership, and continuous learning. Background in pharmacy systems, healthcare SaaS, or regulated industries (bonus). Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (bonus). Knowledge of integrations between clinical systems (bonus).

Facilitate multi-year product strategies and roadmaps. Evaluate new product opportunities. Mentor Product Owners through the product lifecycle. Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog. Develop launch plans including business case and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for effective product positioning. Gather customer insights from healthcare providers, pharmacists, and payors. Act as liaison between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Translate business needs into scalable solutions. Present roadmap updates and performance metrics to executive leadership. Partner with Data Analytics for insights and performance measurement. Lead retrospective sessions for process improvements.
