Requirements:
3+ years of direct Product Owner or similar experience. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile product delivery. Proven success writing clear, detailed user stories and functional specs. Excellent communication and documentation skills — responsive and concise. Highly organized and proactive, with strong follow-through. Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving or startup environments. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Figma preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own the product backlog and keep priorities clear, current, and actionable. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Track progress against goals, communicating updates clearly to stakeholders. Oversee testing and validation to ensure features meet acceptance criteria. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align user experience with business intent. Document, analyze, and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.
