Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and partner referrals Lead discovery sessions, demos, and strategic consults to align client needs with Certn’s solutions Negotiate, close, and onboard new accounts while ensuring a seamless customer handoff Maintain pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and timely updates in CRM systems (HubSpot) Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and support revenue growth
