Minimum of 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying and planning Experience in paid social planning and buying across at least 2 social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube) Demonstrated critical thinking ability Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to take initial direction and transition to independent work Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables and large datasets Proven ability to navigate client communication with senior stakeholders Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus Ecommerce, Luxury, or Fashion experience is a plus
