Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising (paid social advertising background preferred) Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager & other emerging social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media Client Communication & Public Speaking skills Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables
Responsibilities:
Own strategy on 3-5 accounts or $20k MRR minimum Lead and manage paid advertising strategy and initiatives Spearhead strategic conversations with client and own the paid social client relationship Direct account teams and hold them accountable Lead strategic decision making and pivots Contribute to development of junior talent through collaboration and mentorship Contribute to campaign execution, optimization, and reporting Own performance and strategy with collaboration of specialists Push department offering forward through iteration and development Contribute to new business development Speak to broader business impact of Paid Social efforts using attribution platforms Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
