Develop and operationalize a commercial services model. Create pricing models, financial projections, and revenue forecasts. Model and analyze TAM capacity, utilization, and service delivery economics. Define methodologies, service standards, and delivery frameworks. Implement time-tracking, billable-hour structures, and resource-allocation logic. Introduce scalable engagement models (partners, channel collaborators, external consultants). Drive maturity in operational planning, utilization management, and project governance. Partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, CX, Support, and Sales. Build executive and stakeholder reporting. Establish structured feedback channels with customers. Ensure service engagements deliver measurable value and improve customer outcomes.
