8+ years leading professional services, consulting, or services operations within a technology or SaaS organization. 3+ years with direct ownership of professional services or services monetization programs. Proven success designing and scaling services as a profit center, including experience with revenue forecasting, pricing, and utilization modeling. Demonstrated ability to develop and standardize service methodologies and delivery practices. Experience working with or managing services partners, VARs, external vendors, or channel delivery ecosystems. Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in modeling labor economics, service cost structures, and margin optimization. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence. Able to operate with autonomy while collaborating across matrixed teams in a fast-paced environment.
