Requirements:
10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or forward-deployed engineering At least 5 years in a leadership role Background in data, infra, developer tools, or platform SaaS Fluent in solutioning, architecture reviews, APIs, and integration challenges Experience building 0→1 systems and offerings from scratch Proven ability to own a P&L or services revenue number
Responsibilities:
Define and evolve the professional services vision and roadmap. Build scalable, priced service offerings aligned with customer outcomes. Own PS revenue, utilization, and capacity planning. Ensure high-quality implementations across segments. Guide technical solutioning, integrations, and architectural decisions. Manage a global team of ~25 Solution Architects and Consultants. Drive technical upskilling and AI-readiness within the team. Establish systems for project tracking, utilization, and forecasting. Collaborate with GTM Ops on tool adoption.
