Requirements:

10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or forward-deployed engineering. At least 5 years in a leadership role. Background in data, infra, developer tools, or platform SaaS. Fluent in solutioning, architecture reviews, APIs, and integration challenges. Experience building 0→1 systems and offerings from scratch. Proven ability to own a P&L or services revenue number.

Responsibilities:

Define and evolve the professional services vision and roadmap. Build scalable, priced, and outcome-aligned service offerings. Own PS revenue, utilization, and team capacity planning. Ensure high-quality implementations across segments. Guide technical solutioning, API integrations, custom builds, and architectural decisions. Manage a global team of ~25 Solution Architects and Consultants. Drive technical upskilling and AI-readiness within the team. Establish systems for project tracking, utilization, and forecasting.
