Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex service organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-service line operations with P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute scalable operational strategies.
  • Experience at a technology or hyper-growth company strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable, comfortable managing changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for Toptal’s services function.
  • Define the organizational structure and leadership model for Services teams.
  • Provide hands-on operational leadership with rigor and accountability.
  • Translate business goals into detailed operational roadmaps.
  • Establish scalable processes and systems for delivery excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Drive a high-performance culture across all functions.
