Requirements
- 2+ years of experience implementing, project managing, or training on healthcare software systems.
- 1+ year of experience training users on HME/DME applications.
- 1+ year of experience implementing forms-based software.
- Experience implementing or training on Brightree applications.
- Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical software and implementation issues.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) application and performance criteria.
- Experience developing training materials and product reference documentation for healthcare software.
- Strong leadership skills to manage customer expectations and drive project results.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful implementation of HME/DME solutions including consulting, system configuration, training, and customer communications.
- Provide remote implementation and training services for HME/DME systems.
- Drive working sessions to document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate and conduct group trainings for users.
- Create and enhance internal and customer-facing HME/DME documentation and configuration guides.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve software issues reported by customers.
- Manage customer escalations and track product defects.
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Development regarding product enhancements.
