Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional-level experience in healthcare, operations, finance, HR, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams, programs, or complex business functions.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic plans and operational improvements.
- Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.
- Experience working within clinical, operational, financial, or healthcare administration environments preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, develop practical solutions, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, administration, and continuous improvement of physician and APP compensation models.
- Oversee technical and professional resources supporting physician and APP compensation operations.
- Direct quality assurance processes, fair market value assessments, and commercial reasonableness reviews for compensation programs.
- Manage physician and APP contracting activities in collaboration with recruitment, HR, legal, compliance, and operational teams.
- Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to resolve complex compensation and workforce challenges.
- Provide project management leadership for departmental changes, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment among multiple stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions that support organizational objectives and evolving healthcare needs.
