Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a portfolio of 8–20 client accounts. Develop comprehensive, AI-driven account strategies. Cultivate deep client partnerships through discovery and value delivery. Become the primary expert on each client's business. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Partner with Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering. Ensure clients realize measurable ROI. Plan and lead Executive Business Reviews. Map and engage business stakeholders. Lead contract renewals and upsell discussions.
