Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years in a closing role as an AE, CSM and/or AM. Proven experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and customer retention goals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, etc). Ability to work independently and manage a diverse book of business. Results-driven and customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or related technologies is advantageous. Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
