12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading AI, data, or software teams. Proven experience building and deploying customer-facing AI features. Strong technical grounding in machine learning, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation. Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and multi-model routing solutions. Solid understanding of data architecture, including ETL, data lakes, and warehousing. Familiarity with API-based AI integration and model cost optimization. Experience defining or influencing AI pricing, packaging, or consumption models. Hands-on knowledge of modern development stacks (Node.js, Python, React, .NET) and AWS cloud infrastructure. Hands-on experience implementing AI system observability using OpenTelemetry. Deep appreciation for responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical development practices. Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes. Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search systems. Passion for applying technology to social good.
