8+ years of experience in design leadership Portfolio showcasing design expertise across diverse disciplines (OOH, digital, photography, 3D/motion) Hands-On Creative Leadership in web design, digital campaigns, photography direction, 3D/motion work Strong understanding of Wealthsimple’s brand and visual identity Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of designers Strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into design solutions Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills Deep understanding of design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in financial services or tech industries is a plus
