Develop strong relationships and build trust with primary clients (business owners/decision makers in wellness centers, spas, hotels, etc.). Strategically identify new opportunities through cold calls and prospecting to fill a pipeline and hit the BD monthly quota. Hit long term KPIs including revenue targets, cold call lists, lead generation, and activity metrics. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, terms of sales, and service agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders. Collaborate with other departments to confirm orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business. Establish contact with new business opportunities via various means. Create proposals for existing customers. Convert losses into wins. Get in front of potential problems to minimize potential loss. Utilize senior staff for training and guidance.
