Establish standard reports and tools to analyze business performance and set operational targets. Evaluate changes to the GTM organization, including roles, targets, and capacity planning. Work with Sales and Services leaders to evaluate strategic opportunities and transformational initiatives. Become an expert in GTM data capture, business processes, and their impact on metrics. Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies in reporting and planning processes. Create connective tissue across internal stakeholders like Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data.
