Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Prior U.S. DoD military service, with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility. Deep understanding of U.S. Navy procurement and ONR, NAVSEA NAVAIR, NAVSUP, NAVFAC, and NIWC PEO and PM. Knowledge of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications. Military/Aerospace industry and acquisition experience. Solid understanding of U.S. DoD funding and procurement cycles. Experience leading all phases of business capture (whitepapers, proposals, RFI/RFP response, teaming, strategic positioning, etc.). Must have clearance at SECRET level; OR the ability to obtain a SECRET U.S. Government security clearance within 12 months of the start date. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers. Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market. Identify new programs, market segments, and opportunities. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Stay updated on market trends, changes, and competitor actions. Set and meet annual targets for new business in the US Navy market. Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Regularly update the CRM database with opportunity forecasts. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions. Foster a customer-centric approach. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly.
