2 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR functions Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in fast paced environments Experience hiring for remote or offshore roles is an advantage
