Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, HR, or sales/customer-facing roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and proactive sourcing/outreach tools (LinkedIn, HireSweet, Greenhouse preferred).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage candidates via multiple channels.
  • Conduct outbound candidate outreach with personalized messaging.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
  • Build, manage, and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with recruiters, customers, and stakeholders on hiring needs.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and customers.
  • Maintain candidate records in ATS.
  • Coordinate interviews and support onboarding.
  • Improve sourcing strategies, outreach, and recruiting processes.
