Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, HR, or sales/customer-facing roles.
- Strong relationship-building and influence skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and proactive sourcing/outreach tools (LinkedIn, HireSweet, Greenhouse preferred).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage candidates via multiple channels.
- Conduct outbound candidate outreach with personalized messaging.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
- Build, manage, and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Partner with recruiters, customers, and stakeholders on hiring needs.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and customers.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS.
- Coordinate interviews and support onboarding.
- Improve sourcing strategies, outreach, and recruiting processes.
