Requirements
- 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment role (Agency or In-house)
- Experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is a plus
- Hunter Instinct: enjoy the chase and craft effective "cold" messages
- Web3 Fluency: understand blockchain ecosystem and assess candidate's Web3 knowledge
- Bilingual: perfect professional English plus native Spanish or Portuguese
- High Autonomy: organized, results-driven, capable of hitting hiring targets without hand-holding
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub for marketing, operations, and legal roles.
- Conduct rigorous initial interviews to filter for technical Web3 literacy and cultural fit.
- Move candidates through the interview funnel with speed.
- Act as the bridge between the company and the candidate for offer negotiation.
- Explain high-performance culture and Web3-integrated compensation structures.
- Stay updated on salary benchmarks and talent trends within the LATAM tech/creative scenes.
