Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand business needs and job requirements. Proactively source candidates through various channels. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants. Conduct initial interviews and assessments. Coordinate and schedule client-candidate interviews. Act as the liaison between clients and candidates. Manage and track candidate pipelines in ATS. Support candidates through the hiring journey. Stay current on VA industry trends and hiring best practices. Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine hiring strategies.
