- Excellent German and English skills at C1 level
Responsibilities
- Manage live chat customer support for a HelloConnect pioneer account
- Be the first point of contact for customers in live chat
- Solve general inquiries, billing, and switching process issues
- Meet customer satisfaction goals
- Find solutions for complex cases by coordinating with support teams
- Develop a deep understanding of industry products
