Manage a focused portfolio of 5–8 of Atlan’s largest customers Advise executive stakeholders to align Atlan’s adoption with business outcomes Champion Active Metadata and AI-native governance Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to translate customer insights into platform innovation Build consultative partnerships to define and deliver customer's data & AI strategy Establish credibility with senior stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic initiatives Ensure high engagement and measurable business impact Guide customers through process and cultural shifts for modern data governance Represent customer perspectives internally
