Effective relationship management with multiple stakeholders. Prior experience as a Software Developer on commercial web applications using modern programming languages. Demonstrated passion for innovation and continuous learning, including exploring emerging technologies.

Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and motivating a team of engineers. Hiring and training team members, conducting 1:1s, and facilitating knowledge sharing. Helping teams deliver code in a high trust environment using agile ceremonies. Ensuring teams design, plan, and deliver quality and performant code following best practices. Overseeing team's planning, managing resource allocation, and aligning work with organizational goals. Defining, implementing, and championing department-wide standards and processes.
