3+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering leadership role managing teams of 6-8+ engineers Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality Experience managing and upleveling senior individual contributors Proven track record of guiding product and long term technical strategy Participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role
