Responsibilities:
Directly managing 2 engineering teams Run general team exercises (goal setting, check-ins, reports, trainings) Have weekly 1:1’s with all direct reports Work with Agile team members (Product Managers, Agile Leaders, Tech Leads) Work with Directors on organizational strategic needs Organize and run team meetings Provide career guidance and help engineers manage career progression Mediate and resolve conflicts
