5+ years of experience working in SaaS Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales. Demonstrated success in developing and growing commercial relationships. Experience building and managing a partner program, preferably in the developer tools space. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota. Proven track record of managing €1m+ in partner sourced pipeline. Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into actions, and track successful delivery. Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity. Able to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders. Strong project and operations management skills. Experience selling SaaS and developer tools is a plus. Experience at the company's current stage ($10-$20M ARR range, product-led growth) is a plus.
