At least 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, climate tech, or similar high-growth environments Experience building partnerships from scratch or playing a central role in scaling a new channel or function Commercially minded, loves closing deals, and thinks in terms of impact and revenue Strong instinct for finding mutually beneficial incentives Ability to build trust and navigate complexity Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Deeply interested in climate and carbon removal Excellent written and verbal communication skills
