Senior Manager, Emergency Cash Delivery

Oversee end-to-end design, planning, and execution of emergency response capabilities Refine and scale deployment criteria and operational playbooks Conduct operational diligence, feasibility, and risk assessments Define, track, and report on operational efficiency and impact metrics Ensure high-quality management of partners, vendors, and subgrantees Assess and advocate for required resources Identify and pursue emergency funding opportunities Translate field learnings into donor proposals and campaign materials Establish and maintain relationships with donors and operational partners Represent GiveDirectly at external and internal fora Manage a Program Manager and support broader surge staffing efforts Support team goal-setting, impact planning, and performance tracking Foster talent development through coaching and career planning
