15+ years of relevant software engineering experience. Experience leading full stack and backend teams. Successful track record driving key outcomes. Responsibilities:
Set vision for the Card Experiences and Platform team and hire engineers. Own core engineering and business outcomes across card experiences, platform, and loan platform. Partner with product and business leadership to build card capabilities. Balance product expansion with platform investments. Run a robust development lifecycle with operational excellence. Work with cross-functional partners (product, analytics, risk, servicing, legal, compliance).
