Staff Software Developer

Strong grasp of system design, clean coding practices, and debugging complex issues. Familiarity with tools and practices for logging, tracing, metrics collection, and alerting (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog). Experience tackling performance bottlenecks or scalability challenges in high-traffic systems. Experience building tooling or frameworks that boosted developer velocity. Experience contributing to open-source projects or maintaining side projects.

Own complex technical challenges and architect scalable, performant solutions. Write clean, maintainable code in Go, Scala, or TypeScript (React/GraphQL). Diagnose and resolve complex production issues. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features. Lead by example in code reviews, mentoring, and championing best practices. Proactively identify and implement technical improvements. Collaborate across teams for consistency. Help unblock others by sharing context and contributing reusable tools.
