Approximately 10+ years of experience with a University Degree in Computer or a related STEM field (Master's/PhD may require less) Alternatively, 13+ years of industry experience via non-traditional paths Depth and diversity of experience at the Staff level across multiple products and companies Extensive experience and ownership in design and architecture Proven experience leading technical efforts across multiple teams Desire to remain actively involved in coding Actively involved in creating technical roadmaps Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Guide the evolution of Jane’s scheduling architecture Modernize legacy systems into modular, scalable services Design and deliver core scheduling and booking capabilities Collaborate with Marketplace, Mobile, and Grow My Clinic teams Identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and scalability challenges Guide and coach developers across levels Leverage AI tools for productivity, testing, and code quality Build with empathy for both practitioners and patients
