University Degree in Computer or related STEM field plus ~10 years of experience, or Master's/PhD with less experience, or 13+ years of industry experience Depth and diversity of experience at Staff level Extensive experience and ownership in design and architecture Proven experience leading technical efforts across multiple teams Desire to remain actively involved in coding while leading teams Actively involved in creating technical roadmaps Ability to communicate complex technical solutions

Drive modernization of scheduling codebase Design and deliver core scheduling and booking capabilities Collaborate with other teams for scheduling-driven experiences Represent Scheduling in company-wide architecture discussions Identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and scalability challenges Improve observability and monitoring Guide and coach developers Leverage AI tools for productivity, testing, and code quality Build with empathy for practitioners and patients
