Staff Software Developer - Credit

Deep understanding of system architecture and technology stacks. Experience diagnosing and resolving issues in unfamiliar or brittle systems. Ability to stabilize services during critical incidents. Experience building foundational libraries from scratch. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience with AI-powered development workflows (e.g., Claude Code).

Investigate issues in loan management and collections systems. Design solutions for new credit product features. Develop initial proofs-of-concept to resolve immediate challenges. Hand off stabilized systems and initial solutions to owning teams. Unblock teams, fix intricate issues in brittle systems, and share technical knowledge.
