5-7 years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, sponsorship, or commercial development. Deep understanding of the full sales process (discovery through closing). Proven experience working in or alongside international markets and agencies. Familiarity with Japan (APAC) and France (EU) strongly preferred. Exceptional storytelling and pitch development skills. High proficiency in Google Slides. Background in gaming, esports, creator ecosystems, or entertainment required. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments across multiple markets and time zones. Experience supporting or executing live events and brand activations strongly preferred. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
