Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, sponsorship, or commercial development. Deep understanding of the full sales process (discovery through closing), though lead generation is not required. Proven experience working in or alongside international markets and agencies; familiarity with Japan (APAC) and France (EU) strongly preferred. Exceptional storytelling and pitch development skills, with high proficiency in Google Slides. Background in gaming, esports, creator ecosystems, or entertainment required. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments across multiple markets and time zones. Experience supporting or executing live events and brand activations strongly preferred. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Self-starter with high autonomy and initiative.
Responsibilities:
Partner with local sales teams to develop international partnership strategies, category targeting, packaging, and closing. Translate brand goals into localized partnership narratives aligned with Evo's global platform. Build and optimize proposals, sales materials, value frameworks, and multi-market pitch decks. Map regional cultural nuances into positioning for stronger deal resonance. Support deal structure development and negotiations. Track and manage international deal pipelines and coordinate with partner agencies. Collaborate with Partnerships and Evo Products teams to align global solutions with event footprints. Guide adaptation of global creative concepts for international markets. Ensure seamless internal communication between regional markets and the U.S. team. Lead pitch presentations with local teams to articulate value proposition and activation structure. Work with partners through the sales cycle and maintain involvement post-sale for partnership delivery. Travel to Evo international events and support on-site execution.
