8-10+ years of experience managing, building and operating a substantial global business, product line or function At least 3+ years of experience and deep knowledge within global benefits, global insurance, global employment or EOR across multiple geographies Demonstrated ability to build from the ground up, operate with autonomy, and thrive in highly complex, global ambiguous environments Exceptional commercial and operational instincts Strong negotiation skills with partners Experience running global RFPs and renewals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and levels Analytical fluency with benefits cost modeling, vendor performance metrics, and ROI analysis Track record of leading distributed teams and scaling processes internationally Fluency in multiple languages and/or experience living in and doing business in multiple countries is a plus Experience leveraging AI and automation to benefit operations and processes Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or HR services environment
