Requirements:
8-10 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or marketplace businesses. Proven track record closing enterprise deals worth $30K+ in ACV. Track record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas. Experience selling to fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Strong business acumen and ability to build financial models. Exceptional negotiation skills and executive presence. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Experience working with or managing SDR resources. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
Own and develop territory strategy. Target mid-market+ fitness businesses. Lead complex sales cycles and structure exclusive partnerships. Drive $1M+ in annual contract value. Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. Build relationships with C-level executives and industry leaders. Conduct discovery, deliver presentations, and navigate procurement.
