Contribute to expansion across Funnel’s largest enterprise customers, delivering against planned revenue targets while identifying, qualifying, and closing new revenue streams across products, regions, and business lines. Partner closely with Funnel leadership and internal teams including Revenue Leadership, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation to drive seamless execution, adoption, and long term growth. Build and maintain trusted, senior level relationships across customer stakeholder groups to ensure long term satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment. Uncover growth opportunities through proactive executive consultations, business reviews, and needs assessments to tailor solutions and maximize the value of Funnel’s platform. Develop and present clear, data driven business cases aligned to customer priorities, demonstrating measurable ROI and strategic impact. Collaborate with the Enterprise Consulting team and internal Product and Engineering partners to ensure customers are equipped with the right Funnel solutions to meet their evolving business needs. Serve as the voice of the customer within Funnel, influencing product direction, implementation planning, and solution refinement to drive long term partnership success.
