Manage operational requirements, including logistics, customs, and international payment systems. Conduct market analysis on consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, pricing, and cultural nuances. Gather and synthesize customer feedback for international markets. Act as the voice of the international customer within the organization. Build a high-performing team of in-house and external partners. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations). Manage the P&L for international operations. Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and operational plans for international markets. Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams on international tax, legal, and sustainability compliance.
