Guest Relations Partner (Remote)

Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals. Tech-savvy with PMS, CRM, and digital communication tools. Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented, even in high-pressure situations. Detail-focused, proactive, and passionate about people and service.

Serve as the main point of contact via chat, email, and phone. Coordinate check-ins, checkouts, verifications, and local requests. Own problems from start to finish, finding creative solutions. Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations. Collect guest feedback and identify patterns. Work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech teams.
