Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for guests via chat, email, and phone. Coordinate check-ins, checkouts, verifications, and local requests. Own and resolve guest issues, finding creative solutions. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive communication and recommendations. Collect guest feedback to identify patterns and improve systems. Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Tech teams.
