Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing. At least 2+ years managing SaaS partner marketing programs focused on technology alliances (ISV) and/or consulting partners (SI). Fluent speaker of English. Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and field events. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person field events. Demonstrated experience in working directly with and influencing external partner organizations. Strong understanding of the SaaS business model. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute scalable, programmatic marketing strategies for ISV and SI partners. Manage partner-driven initiatives to generate pipeline and increase market awareness. Align with internal Partnerships and Sales leadership on joint go-to-market priorities. Drive market visibility through partner collaboration on thought leadership, press releases, and case studies. Oversee creation of partner-facing marketing assets. Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic ISV and SI partners. Influence partner marketing teams to invest in co-marketing activities. Equip partners with training, tools, and content for joint solutions. Collaborate with internal Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams. Define, track, and report on key partner marketing metrics. Continuously refine and optimize partner marketing strategies based on data.
