Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience; prior experience with healthcare or clinical talent strongly preferred. Proven success sourcing and hiring in healthcare, clinical research, or high-volume recruiting environments. Strong interviewing skills, with demonstrated ability to assess licensed healthcare professionals. Proficiency with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with business partners. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize recruitment performance metrics. Commitment to Care Access’ mission. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify sourcing needs for key roles. Build, manage, and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies. Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for PRN Workforce roles (phlebotomists and RNs). Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data within the ATS (Greenhouse). Track recruiting metrics for sourcing efficiency and candidate quality. Partner with PRN Program leadership to forecast hiring needs. Support continuous improvement of PRN recruiting processes. Build and maintain relationships with certification schools, healthcare associations, and PRN job boards. Contribute to employer brand initiatives highlighting the PRN model. Ensure recruiting practices comply with state credentialing requirements.
