Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience; prior experience with healthcare or clinical talent strongly preferred. Proven success sourcing and hiring in healthcare, clinical research, or high-volume recruiting environments. Strong interviewing skills, with demonstrated ability to assess licensed healthcare professionals. Proficiency with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with business partners. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize recruitment performance metrics.
