Serve as the Salesforce Administrator, managing users, roles, profiles, permissions, and platform configurations. Configure and maintain custom objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automations. Oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, and other connected tools. Identify and resolve system inefficiencies while ensuring scalable, repeatable processes. Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting within Salesforce. Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Partner with Sales and Finance teams to align data tracking and reporting with organizational goals. Support staff adoption through user training, documentation, and responsive troubleshooting. Lead and manage third-party integration projects across the revenue tech stack (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, NetSuite). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new tools.
