1-4 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or support role. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously. Experience working with project management tools and Excel. Comfortable performing manual data checks and repetitive tasks consistently. Excellent written English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus. Very Basic SQL is a bonus. Familiarity with GTM motions, sales processes, or revenue operations is a plus. Experience supporting marketing ops or sales ops teams is a plus. Comfort reviewing contracts, quotes, or pricing sheets is a plus.
