Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology.
- Experience leading enterprise-level implementations, preferably in an Epic environment.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or relevant field (preferred).
- Knowledge across EHR implementation, optimization, and data integration strategies and standards.
- Experience configuring and managing enterprise SaaS applications, preferably population health tools.
- Proven experience in managing integration projects within the healthcare industry.
- Deep knowledge and experience with top-tier ambulatory EHR systems, with strong preference for Epic.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with value-based care and ACO initiatives.
- Extensive experience leading Practice Management, EHR, HIE, and related healthcare technology implementation projects through the full lifecycle.
- Proven track record of building and managing strong teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and optimize enterprise-level onboarding projects.
- Navigate complex implementation scenarios and ensure milestones are met.
- Direct cross-functional teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary technical delivery contact for enterprise clients.
- Build strong partnerships with executive, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor implementation specialists and EHR subject matter experts.
- Develop best-practice workflows for top-tier EHR systems, emphasizing Epic.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements (EHR standards, interoperability, quality measures).
- Monitor and drive performance against key implementation metrics.
- Identify process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
