Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level implementations, preferably in an Epic environment.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or relevant field (preferred).
  • Knowledge across EHR implementation, optimization, and data integration strategies and standards.
  • Experience configuring and managing enterprise SaaS applications, preferably population health tools.
  • Proven experience in managing integration projects within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with top-tier ambulatory EHR systems, with strong preference for Epic.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with value-based care and ACO initiatives.
  • Extensive experience leading Practice Management, EHR, HIE, and related healthcare technology implementation projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strong teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, oversee, and optimize enterprise-level onboarding projects.
  • Navigate complex implementation scenarios and ensure milestones are met.
  • Direct cross-functional teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary technical delivery contact for enterprise clients.
  • Build strong partnerships with executive, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor implementation specialists and EHR subject matter experts.
  • Develop best-practice workflows for top-tier EHR systems, emphasizing Epic.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements (EHR standards, interoperability, quality measures).
  • Monitor and drive performance against key implementation metrics.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
